Cancer (and a number of other diseases) have been in our society for a long time and the holy grail one day, according to the pharmaceutical companies, is to find a cure for them - WRONG. Pharmaceuticals like any corporate business will have no interest in finding a solution to a problem that will affect their bottom line! There already has been a number of breakthrough technologies in the past that have cured cancer (and a host of other diseases) particularly in the 1930's when Dr. Royal Raymond Rife invented an optical microscope that could identify a number of  viruses and by using radio frequencies (all energy vibrations on a frequency) he could kill the virus without harming any good cells around the bad cell. For example, they say a cancer patient is worth around €50,000 Euros approximately to the pharmaceutical companies, so why would they want you to be able to heal yourself and lose all that business?

This is why the politicians are completely self obsessed, cannot see ten feet in front of them or they have been indoctrinated rather than educated so do not have the ability to "think outside the box" or even have the common sense to query the possibility of an alternative solution.

The other side of the coin is that the corporate world's funding or promise to fund election campaigns etc has a big say in whether a politician would shoot themselves in the foot by bitting the hand that feeds them! Selfish interests for themselves and their party will always take president over the interest of mankind.

Royal Raymond Rife (May 16, 1888 – August 5, 1971) was an American  inventor and early exponent of high-magnification time-lapse cine-micrography,  known for his belief that he could observe and render inert a number of viruses which he thought were causal factors in several diseases, most notably cancer. The observations were made though a specially designed optical microscope, only five of which were ever constructed. Rife claimed that a "beam ray" device could devitalize the pathogens by inducing destructive resonances in their constituent chemicals.]  Rife's claims could not be independently replicated, and active scientific interest in the devices had dissipated by the 1950s.

Interest in Rife's claims was revived in some alternative medical spheres by the book The Cancer Cure That Worked (1987), which claimed that Rife's work was successful. The book also claimed that his cure for cancer was suppressed by a conspiracy headed by the American Medical Association. After publication, a variety of devices bearing Rife's name were marketed as cures for diverse diseases such as cancer and AIDS.

Dr. Simoncini, an oncologist in Rome, Italy has pioneered sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3) therapy as a means to treat cancer.
